The GenMoney’ home loan mortgage has a similar structure to an interest-bearing traditional home loan. We provide home loans to purchase a home in a land lease community and the home together with personal guarantees and mandatory house and loan insurances becomes the security for providing the loan to the home buyer. Our mortgage interest is also registered with the Federal Government’s Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
